Compared to a 3” blue wrap purchased ten years ago, this newly purchased stretch film feels thin and weak, stretches more, is more easily torn on box corners, and makes little sound during the unwind, all consistent with a cast, not blown, product; it’s also up to 30% cheaper than similar competing hand wraps. Lesson: don’t buy a full case unless you’ve already confirmed the product works for you.

With large quantity of boxes ordered, they had to be packaged in multiple boxes. 1 package had the correct box size and the 2nd package had incorrect size boxes. While mistakes do happen... it is how a seller responds and resolves the issue. This seller responded quickly, with no questions except if we wanted a refund or replacement. We opted for replacement and the correct size boxes arrived 2 days later. Great customer service!
