I've been dealing with these wounds over 10 yrs and there's not much I haven't tried. But the Lot Fancy brand makes there's just a little bit better. Maybe the thickness is just a little bit different , but I won't by any more of the high dollar stuff any more or any other brand of calcium alginate. The Lot Fancy brand is enough to tell you that it's going to work. The price is great, the packaging & delivery are to.A+
