One cooker seems to need its plates replaced frequently, and the other one hardly at all . These plates were bought for stock so that I have them ready to install, so that the tenants are never without cooking facilities in case a hot plate fails. I hope they work when the time comes. The chrome rings on these was dull, which was disappointing, but they go dull after use anyway. Overall, good value.

However the item was inside a ripped bag (original packaging) with details about item on the outside, then wrapped in another postage bag. The item was very secure but the presentation was poor and you would question whether this was a new item or a second hand due to the original packaging being all ripped. Item is of good quality and value and certainly appears to be new. Thankyou.
