Finally, I ordered this pillow and I am so chuffed. It is firm but not so much so that the shape can't bounce back. Lovely pattern on the pillow. It was new as described and great value for money. The only quibble I had was that the item was delivered in a plastic cover. Expected more protection. Other than that, fantastic service.
