First, I purchased in 12/26, the label was created on 12/27 but it never showed accepted at postal service so I began to message seller on 1/3. It was 2 days before I got a response and on 1/5 the package finally showed as accepted at postal service to begin shipping. I received the charms on 1/9 (after 14 days). Second, the item was described as a mix of bronze and silver charms but I did not receive any bronze, only silver.
