I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it. This is a good value for a genuine part.

When the Louziana USPS froze my package in Shreveport the shipper stayed in contact with me. And even gave me a refund even though the package being multiple days hung up by tge postal service. I will definitely be doing more business with you. It arrived today. This had nothing to do with you Mower Parts. Our Louziana postal service botched this shipment
