As for the transaction, the seller was polite & fast enough, but when Australia Post misdelivered the item he kept pushing the problem back to me even after I was advised by Australia Post that as he is the paying customer he needed to follow it up. The item was exactly as described, the shipping was fast and the item was well packed and arrived undamaged. Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the headsets which meant I couldn't use them for my purpose. After I explained the problem, without any hesitation Mark said return them for a refund . I would gladly have just accepted a replacement but unfortunately it was the last one he had. In short I will deal with Mark again.
