In addition to destroying a perfectly good toploader with tape residue, I have to use a knife to cut the tape as the cards slip up and get stuck to the tape along the top of the toploader, risking damage to the cards. Cards in great condition otherwise.

The only one time they sent out the wrong edition of a card, I messaged them and they immediately apologized and sent out the correct version of the card that I ordered. That makes me feel safe ordering from them again in the future. They take care of their customers. Also, the way they package their cards for shipping is very robust and protective.
