The seller refunded my money and asked me to keep the flag since I was unhappy. That was above and beyond my request. I will keep this seller for the future.

Wasn't prepared for that and it took a bit to get the wrinkles out. Would buy again and highly recommend just wish that was specified in the description. Got the flag up, waiting to see how long it lasts in the winds we have.
