Didnt want to spend a lot so tried this replacement. Very good condition and was fitted quickly. All works perfectly, delivery was incredible pretty much 24 hours. Would definitely recommend and will buy from this seller again, top ebayer. Thanks a lot.

Requested return through eBay. Return was easy via Royal Mail, and refunded very quickly. No specific communication from seller, but return easy. Item looked ok otherwise, and cable included as specified.

Unfortunately the switch would stop forwarding packets after about 24-36hrs (not an error that a standard bench test would reveal) so I had to return it. The measure of any vendor is their returns process, and this vendor was excellent - quick and easy, with great communications at each step of the way, and a prompt refund.
