    I received a brand new, in the box item as advertised. Unfortunately, the printer did not work when it was set up and the error code could not be cleared. It was clear that the seller had no way of knowing it did not work. The fortunate part was that the seller provided a full refund and was very helpful and courteous during the entire process.
