The only thing I needed was the pump. I thought it was kind of pricey for just the pump but I bought anyway because could not find the pump anywhere for sale. But after receiving it was the whole backup system. So I guess I have extra backup parts. So I guess they need to fix their description that it's the whole thing and not just the pump.

I'm assuming it worked it's way out of the hole. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement quickly. So this was a great transaction. Thank you to the seller. I think they did their best, under the circumstances, but need to rectify the shipping problem.
