It was as advertised, new in the box and in perfect working order. I was replacing an old Palm TX which I'd had since they came out and it had finally given up the ghost. I then had to get my backup onto this new PDA and it is now fully operational, all my precious information intact. I would recommend this seller to anyone, I'm well pleased with the service I got!
