Was very clean, and so ready to use upon arrival, even the tree trays. I tested the own, and put in my oven thermometer and in about 5-min, the heat was already to 200-degrees!! When i did original order online, i input the wrong delivery address, and seller canceled order and redid "immediately" to allow me to redo the order and saved me about $20!!
