One of the lower mount tabs was completely broken off. Everything was packaged nicely. I just wish I would've known that the bumper was in as poor condition as it was. To the person's credit that I spoke to, he was getting his information from the guys out in the lot. His friendliness and communication is the only reason I'm giving a positive rating on this purchase.
