We initially had an issue with the postal service (not the sellers fault in any way) but the seller was extremely helpful in making sure I received my package. Item was in excellent condition, matching the description/photos. Packaged well and a great value. I honestly could not have asked for a better seller. I highly recommend and would definitely purchase from again!

When package arrived, it was completely damaged and empty. Sticker on box stated reused box, and it showed. No item in box. Contacted seller immediately due to sticker on box and no item. Seller agreed to refund (thank you) then itbtook a long time and multiple messages to make the refund happen. It finally did, and I appreciate it. Tried to be patient as they state small sellern and parent.
