Even though the package getting stuck in transit wasn’t the seller’s fault, I contacted the seller and he was able to open up a case with USPS and get my package moving again. Item arrived shortly after contacting the seller. The item worked perfectly. I have purchased from this seller many times and the items have always been excellent and so has the customer service. I will continue to buy items from this seller in the future. Thank you!

It was well packaged in bubble wrap that was taped, but it also wasn't wrestling a polar bear to get it out of the packing either. The laptop is as described and I am very happy with the product. I can't believe I got a laptop with these specs for the price of a new Chromebook (that will be obsolete in six months). Would definitely consider using this seller again for electronic needs.
