I contacted the seller requesting expedited shipping that I would pay for, as I needed the coat in time for dry cleaning before the funeral. Within less than a minute I got a response they would ship on Monday so I would receive the coat by Wednesday. NO extra charge. It shipped UPS 2nd day Air. Expensive. The coat, kindness & service were exceptional.
