The original ornament box was placed inside a small shipping box with no padding and arrived damaged (see picture). I was able to glue it back together with no visible breakage line. The details of the ornament are perfect and the colors are very vibrant as if it were brand new and never opened - just as described in the listing. I wasn't going to ask for a refund because I was able to repair the ornament and I am very satisfied with it. This seller has gone above and beyond and it is appreciated.
