It came as described with the NAB6, it's PSU along with 32GB of RAM & 1TB of storage with Win 11. Communication wasn't even apart of it since the seller was out of the office at the time but the convo after the sale was superb and very friendly. Felt like if I did have an issue at the time, this seller would actually assist me [but no issues so :)]. Would recommend KB3 to anyone!
