Buyer said they refused item at the post office but shows a picture of it opened. Tracking does not show buyer refusing item. If the buyer refused the item why would they ask for return shipping. I have ask the buyer multiple times where is the item, buyer will not answer. Tried to work it out with the buyer they would not communicate back.
