I've done a slight repair on it, to make it usable. I contacted the seller to let them know about the damage. They replied almost instantly. We agreed on a partial refund, if I was happy to keep the chair. The refund was issued within minutes of my original message to the seller. Although, disappointed that the chair is damaged, I'm very happy with the excellent stress free customer service I received. Thank you 🙂
