It did require the standard Honda mounting brackets be installed which does not come with this kit. The construction appears to be very solid and is as good as any other hard panel cover you might see elsewhere. The cover was shipped and arrived very quickly. I had one small issue, but the vendor reached out and made things better. Good communication made this a very positive transaction.
