I DECIDED NOT TO INCREASE MY BID AND PURCHASED SOMETHING ELSE. THEN THE WINNER RENEGED AND I WAS GIVEN 5 MINUTES TO STATE THAT I NO LONGER WANTED THE SAMPLE, NOT LONG ENOUGH. THE SELLER REFUSED TO ANSWER MY EMAIL.
