This season is packed with violent action, hilarious comedy, and the signature unspoken sexual longings between Tony (James Gandolfini) and his psychiatrist Dr. Melfi (Lorraine Bracco). This season also includes the first intimacy seen between Tony and his wife Carmela (Edie Falco) and the death of Barbara's father-in-law.
