I believe if the product is as described, arrives in a relatively reasonable time frame, and is packaged well, that is what a seller should do. However, what impressed me most about this seller is that I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived the following Wednesday. It was shipped from Japan!!! I was expecting that it would not arrive for at least 7 to 10 days. This is the second camera I have purchased from this seller.
