For a charity the attitude is disgusting and customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! Claims they help the disabled but treat their disabled customers like Rubbish.

My 'as described' and appropriately packaged order(s) arrived in good condition and promptly, too. I'm only trying-to purchase those items that I absolutely need, and cannot venture-out to buy; due-to my limitations. As a less-able person myself, it's an honour to support those supporting others. Just thank-you for all of your efforts; as they are very much appreciated.

Packaging was great and the product itself arrived in great condition. Postage was slower than some other couriers, but again, for a charity to offer free shipping, I can’t complain at all. Everything was as described, so would recommend buying from them again.
