I had a long chat online with them yesterday and they told me that it hadn't been scanned back. They would need to do an investigation and that could take 6 days. I feared the worst but last night I had an email advising me that it would be delivered today. So all is well that ends well. I am looking forward to setting it up and watching and recording. Thanks again.

I've not had a chance to actually use it yet, but will update my review once I have used it. I was very scared as some of the reviews were a little unsettling, but I can assure you I had no issues, fast shipping and I got what I paid for, what more can you ask for.
