Friendly, helpful, great communication and an added personal touch in terms of how the items were packaged up and presented. The cups arrived in perfect condition and considering they came from another continent the delivery was very quick. It’s a shame about the shipping costs but that is not the sellers fault as it’s international delivery charges which is beyond the sellers control. All in all a highly recommended seller. Perfect! 10/10!
