Before my purchase, I had a few questions and they answered them through email almost immediately. Also, there was a problem with delivery, and again Paul got involved very quickly, and he didn't give up until the problem was resolved, keeping me informed the entire time. When I contacted the seller they issued a refund after ignoring my request to ship the item. While they made listings of the same item but at a higher price on their page after my transaction. Seemed way out of their depth with trading card products and unable to accurately handle the demand from their listings. Good people who “flew to close to the sun” but did generously handle all situations
