Item was packaged quite safe and it came just as described. The price was right on. It needs to be serviced to fix a couple of kinks. But I expected that. This seller takes care of his buyers with good communication. I wish all sellers were that way.

I sent Heaven’s Manna a message, and they asked what they could do to make it right. I asked to return it for a refund, and the answer was, “We’ll refund the purchase price. You keep the item.” I definitely would, and likely will, buy from Heaven’s Manna again. Remember the name: Heaven’s Manna. That says it all.

Incredibly quick to respond to messages, and when they accidentally forgot to send the cords for my order, they incredibly quickly offered to ship them to me at cost to themselves via priority mail. Item was very well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, this shop was absolutely worth the time and money to shop with!
