It clearly states I will not cancel bids before or after the auction ends!" As for the refund, I always refund the difference if the item ships for less than quoted if it is $1 or more.

He bubble wrapped each car individually to make sure they would be ok and then filled the box with foam packing peanuts to further protect them. Way above and beyond and I definitely appreciate that!
