Does not take responsibility and does not even care about putting a 200+ dollar game in a cardboard box. They sent me a plastic bag and my item wrapped in USPS priority mail bubble wrap to avoid paying for that service (illegal and being reported to USPS) furthermore they refused a refund. The seller has more of these games listed. Your first message to me was an attack, followed by threats and not professional at all. You forced my hand to not be able to communicate with you due to the harassment. I stayed professional with you the entire time and tried to solve your issue with the dry battery, even offering to refund a portion to allow you to get a new battery for the game. If you want something sent a certain way to please please communicate that.
