It was my first pre-order and was just curious how it works. I'm sure it was their 1000th call of the same manner. I understand their side but they could have handled the call better. It was a simple question. Product was packaged perfect. Shipping time was accurate. The transaction as a whole good. Customer service a bit lacking but I understand (but don't excuse) why.
