This came regular USPS in an envelope and was therefore folded and placed into the mailbox. This is unacceptable. Put stuff in stiff cardboard at least! Also before the bend I do not think it fits with very good condition as a description! When contacted - Simple "return it" message. If you are not happy with the purchase then you open a return. That is what I told you to do. You chose to not open a return. No return; no refund. Your item was packaged exactly as all of the other D&D items were packaged with no complaints.
