The packaging was difficult to open and hard to get inside, plus a few things on the wheelchair came not screwed on right, but my caregiver and I managed to fix that and build it okay in the end. Shipping was very expensive and had to reschedule the first time, plus needed a lot of help from my caregiver to do it, but otherwise great. It arrived clean, was earlier than expected, and the packaging was very good. I received item as described. I really did not like paying shipping but, it was still the best price available.
