Really liked the fact he described and posted pictures of any small defects the dvd box might have, the great communication letting us know every step of the shipping and delivery process, AND the fact that he packaged the set very well, that it prevented it from getting damaged during transit. The packaging box (not the original dvd set box) was very damaged/dented when it arrived, but because he put a lot of padding inside, it prevented the DVDs from any damage. Thank you!!!
