I would not recommend buying from the seller again. I was not told the screen had already been replaced. The times for dispatch were clear on the listing before you bought, as were delivery times, all suggested times were met. Very unfair to mark us down for being on time, just because you wanted it sooner. The glass has not been replaced - that would be impossible on this model, the glass is fused to the screen, it cannot be replaced. Both of your points are completely off and eBay should have noted this.

The phone had both the front and back glass broken and a lot of scratches on the screen. Good communication.
