As described, but the picture did not do the cue justice. In hand, it really still looks like a brand new off the shelf cue. The ferrule was perfectly clean; tip had a dash of chalk but did not appear to have been used barely at all. The seller rocked an offer that I just could not refuse. I very much appreciated the care this seller took in ensuring all arrived safely, and this was all done quickly - they were shipped the same day ordered!
