I was hesitant, but able to fix it by heating it up with a hair dryer and bending it into shape. I did contact the seller about it, and they tried to help me. I recommend this seller on honesty I'd buy again only the rite one I have a s24 ultra this case was for S24 to small. Good seller on returning and refund. Long wait for refund but 60% my mistake he should have never mentioned Ultra in description but it worked out in end.
