Inside the package, the lens was wrapped in layers of bubbled plastic sheet; the void filled with newspaper. In fear of shaking, the Vender even added a pack of Kleenex. An absolute expression of kindness and consideration for the customer. A culture shock! Simply the best experience.

This was my second time buying a lens from a Japanese store, and both times the lenses, even when used, have come without any scratches or any infractions. Every time I bought somewhere else I have gotten at the very least some scratches, but this lens was exactly as the photos.
