The shipping company did do some internal damage that I am taking up with them as it had nothing to do with the seller at all. I ordered another part on the same order, which came from a different vendor. Michael when I mistakenly inquired about the problem I was having with that item, had reviewed the photo's I took of the issue. He responded that if I needed help he had the part that would correct the issue. He went above and beyond to say if the other vendor can't fix the issue. He would help with the issue.
