Basically, they come in used once the bag is beat up in shipment. The seller says they always do this when there’s no box, so it must be acceptable. I did stuff them and let them sit a day, everything but the creases came out… unacceptable and just pure laziness, or they simply do not care. These were sold as No Box, but new. I made an offer on NEW shoes - they accepted - shipped poorly in a bag with no toe support - and offered 0 refund. They did however tell me I could open a case. At this point I thought it more important to share the experience as they absolutely do not care if the customer is happy with their likely..damaged..item, bag shipping process. Poor seller
