They told me it was shipped via UPS, but couldnt provide a tracking number. They finally shipped via US post 8 days after purchase. I would AVOID this reseller. My guess is that they purchase the items AFTER you buy from them. I purchased from them as they were physically close to me for a quick shipment. Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.
