But in doing so I was not able to start another return for some stupid reason. So I had to contact the seller and confirm the return with them and ship it back to them to get the proper refund. And they have been very helpful with that. I wish the phone would have worked it was nice looking and when it did work it was nice.

I contacted the seller, and they told me I could add "must be OEM unlocked" in the note-to-seller box at checkout on ebay. I sent the first phone back for a full refund, and the second phone they sent me was exactly what I needed. I'm very grateful for their help through this process.
