Unfortunately the handle was broken. Seller sent a replacement. The handle was broken again. I don’t know how it could have been packed better. Seller has done everything above and beyond expectations. The scooter is just too fragile. Highly recommended seller.

The seller was totally transparent about this, and messaged straight away about whether more would come in soon or require a refund.
