When I opened the package and the box it was clearly apparent that the tube had been completely used and was empty. This seller should be prohibited form this website for false representation. I asked for a full refund of $74.29 and she offered $20! What a scam. I am pursuing this with PayPal and encourage a one that considers buying from this person to think twice! You twist the stick like lip stick and the product is there. It was not used. You lied about the reason for return staying you didn't authorize the purchase. Clearly you did since you have sent messages about the item. It probably was a wrong color match. Had you been honest I would have worked with you.
