Was delivered to wrong address( not seller's fault) and seller had to remake and send back out. He is exactly as I requested. I wanted this boy doll, but only offered red hair. Seller allowed me to request black hair and green eyes. The seller acted quickly and satisfactorily. thanks

Puts me in a pinch. Once finally sent out, it arrived quick. I originally thought I made a mistake on my order, so I reached out. I appreciated the response I got- 5 days later- and relieved to discover no mistake. I did not like waiting so long to know. My finances all tied up and can't do anything about it... put me in another pinch.
