FEDEX, like the U.S. postal service, has lost professionalism when transporting fragile items. This wonderful neon sign arrived damaged. That said, the seller was FANTASTIC in communicating and finding a resolution for both parties. Extremely rapid in responding to the damaged sign and issuing a refund. This neon sign would have been a beautiful addition; the color was so captivating! Would highly recommend Seller!
