The box included “fragile” stickers. The shipping went smoothly without any major issues. And the teapot it self is the same as in the photos. Compared to other shops with teaware, this is a great value for money with the assortment of teaware they sell and the shipping cost.

The seller was amazing and sent me another one at no extra cost. I don't believe he could have packaged it any better, I think it was just unlucky and rough handling by the postage service in Australia (I suspect it was thrown or dropped). I would highly recommend this seller, and have already purchased other items which arrived safely without incident. They arrived within a week too!
